In order to book these rates, you must live on a Caribbean Island and have some form of identification that shows an island address and show your ID when you check-in at the hotel – not when you book the vacation. If you arrive at the hotel without the proper identification – you will still have your reservation, but will be charged a surcharge directly at the hotel.
